Clarke & Son Solicitors converting to LLP status

On 1st April 2007 Clarke & Son Solicitors will be converting to a limited liability partnership and will be known as Clarke & Son LLP.

This follows a decision by the partners of the Basingstoke-based law firm to enable the business moving forward in a more corporate environment and structure.

The move to LLP for Clarke & Son has positive implications for clients and others involved with Clarke & Son, giving the business more opportunities to develop ways to meet the growing needs of its private and commercial clients in the current challenging environment.

The decision by Clarke & Son reflects a continuing commitment to the development of the range and quality of services available. Clarke & Son's style has been and will continue to be driven by clients and their needs.
