Tenon Financial Services are going for gold at the Employee Rewards & Benefits Awards 2007

Tenon Financial Services (TFS) has been short listed in the category of Benefits Administration Provider of the Year in the Employee Rewards & Benefits Awards 2007.

The awards, organised by Employee Rewards & Benefits Magazine, were open to any providers, employers and consultants with the aim of recognising cost effectiveness, good communication, innovation & results on initiatives and progress made over the last 12 months.

TFS submitted an entry detailing their unique approach to employee benefits administration whereby a complete outsourcing model is offered to clients: Instead of just undertaking the initial consultancy work and arranging for implementation, TFS take on the whole of the benefits administration, including the reconciliation of starters and leavers with the various benefit providers, liaising with the Payroll Providers in respect of any salary deductions, arranging for fully reconciled monthly payments, dealing with claims and generally handling all communications.

The latter extends to contacting all new employees on behalf of the employer when they first join, supplying them with a comprehensive summary of the employee benefit programme and assisting with any paperwork. So even though there may be 5 or 6 different Benefit Providers, both the employer and the staff only ever deal with TFS resulting in improved communication, relationships and administration costs. From an employee's perspective, even if their employer is relatively small, they feel good about the fact that their employer places sufficient value on their staff well being as to employ a professional firm to look after this on their behalf.

TFS are going head to head against two others in this category and the winner will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony on 12 March at the Inter Continental Hotel, Park Lane, London.
