The Escape Launch Boomerang E-Commerce Solution

The Escape, a Basingstoke-based design and web agency, today launches a new product targeted at small businesses selling online.

The Boomerang Solution builds on their expertise as a web agency, integrating standards driven web build and online marketing tools.

Craig Killick, Managing Director, explains:

"The Internet is getting very cluttered, especially with people selling things and the long-term success for any business online lies with trust.

The Boomerang E-Commerce Solution enables any small business to get into this market affordably and build a client base. Rather than looking at customers as single purchase 'targets', Boomerang builds a trusted customer base that owners can speak to cheaply over time and build that trust.

The uptake has been fairly swift with three systems already in use, one of which is for Chineham-based, The Picture Studio.

The Company is looking to develop the system even further and are utilising 'Usability Testing' sessions with users to determine how the product can be improved.
