Marshal Appoints CFO/COO

Integrated email and Internet content security provider Marshal Ltd., has appointed Bruce Green as CFO/COO. Green brings a wealth of experience in developing and implementing commercially-focused financial and operational controls and processes for large enterprise organisations as well as start-up businesses.

Green has spent the bulk of his almost thirty-year career at BT, most recently as Head of Strategic Operations, BT Global Services. In this post, which he left in January 2006, Green was responsible for strategic planning, driving alignment of operational plans with strategic direction and overseeing a number of corporate change programmes. Prior to this, Green spent 14 years at Syntegra, BTÕs Consulting & Systems Integration arm, ultimately as Group Controller. He was also responsible for setting up operational controls and processes during SyntegraÕs start-up phase back in 1990.

Immediately prior to joining Marshal, Green provided services as an independent consultant to Sprint EMI, assisting this major US telecommunications company with the development and implementation of the necessary financial and operational processes for its start-up venture.
